Any customer data collected including, but not limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses will only be used by me to communicate during the course of our engagement and necessary follow-up. With your agreement I may ocassionally send emails about my business, special offers or public events where I will be playing. You will be able to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
Legal Notice
Each event is individual in its structure but my booking policy is:
- A booking is confirmed once a proposal and price have been agreed in writing.
- A deposit of 25% of the booking value is payable on booking.
- 60% of the booking value is payable no later than 2 weeks before the agreed event date
- 15% of the booking value is payable on completion of the event
- If the booking is cancelled then the deposit is non-refundable
- If the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event then 50% of the booking value is payable - all other monies will be refunded.
- If Tim is unable to perform through no fault of the client then all monies will be refunded.
- No consequential liabilities will be born by either Tim or the client under any circumstances.
- The client is free to use any photographic, video or audio recordings for their personal use. Any commercial use of such material will only be allowed by prior written agreement.
